For order issues such as damaged, missing, incorrect, faulty products please e-mail our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number, and explaining the issue experienced. Please attach images or a short video showing damage or fault and our team will get back to you with a solution.
Our working hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Collections and Returns in person
Collections in person are welcome. Please place your order online and select ‘Collection in Person’ as a delivery method. Your order will be ready for collection within an hour during business hours listed above. Please place your order before coming to collect as we will not be able to take your payment at our premises.
If you are returning your item, please do so after you had a chance to speak with our team and your return has been authorised.
