It is designed in a way that if maintenance is required the whole valve does not require re-plumbing. The built-in anti-scald device also means no more fluctuating water temperatures while showering. This exposed traditional shower mixer comes with black cermic handset kit.
- TIMELESS DESIGN- This shower valve outlet is robust and graceful and will give a timeless elegance to any bathroom. It has the appearance of a classic shower tap, yet all the intricate workings of a modern shower. The shower valve has black ceramic & cross handle detailing on the chrome valve.
- SAFE TO USE- The twin thermostatic shower valve is anti-scald allowing to keep you and your family safe. The valve will automatically turn off the shower head if the cold water supply fails. This valve is fitted with two individual controls, one to select the showers temperature and one to control the water flow.
- HIGH PERFORMING- For the best performance of this water valve we recommend 1.0 bar water pressure. However, a 0.5 bar water pressure is acceptable with our shower valve. 1/2" hot/cold inlets. Distance between connections: 147-153mm

If you would prefer collection in person, then collections from our Essex warehouse are welcome. Orders are usually ready for collections within 1 hour during our normal working hours. (Mon-Fri 9-5, Sat 10-3)

When shipping outside of UK we are not charging local sales taxes. This will need to be paid by recipient at your local rates on import as well as duties.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot consider any claims for shortage or damage after 7 days of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or faster still, place a separate purchase for the new item as soon as you need it and proceed with return of original order at your own pace.
