Delivery Information

We dispatch orders daily. All orders placed before 3pm on working days, will be dispatched the same day. After your order is dispatched, you will be getting tracking updates all the way to delivery.
If you would prefer collection in person, then let us know as soon as you can before we dispatch.

Please note that at the moment we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, Public or Bank Holidays).

Our deliveries are done by road where possible in Europe and by Air everywhere else. If you don't see your country on the list it doesn't mean we can't ship there. Please get in touch and we'll provide a shipping quote in a matter of minutes.

We'll use pallet delivery service to deliver large (e.g. baths) and heavy orders (e.g. multiple items that too heavy to ship with a courier).

* Air services are used to deliver to these destinations and delivery fee will depend on the weight of your order. You can get accurate shipping fees estimate by adding all items to your basket and then selecting your country to get a quote and update your basket total before proceeding to checkout. If you get stuck, just give us a shout.
